This Green Man mask is a large (approximately 14 by 17 inches) sculpture intended to be displayed on a wall. Weighing in at only 4 ounces it can also be hung from a tree's bark without fear of damaging the tree. The edges have been carefully distressed to give it an ethereal appearance. There is a handle on the back for carrying or hanging.

The mask was made by laminating handmade Lokta paper imported from Nepal. Lokta paper is made from a shrub that the Nepalese government only allows to be harvested every 8 years in order to insure that it is sustainable. The paper is naturally acid free and insect resistant. Tibetan prayer books printed on this paper have lasted many hundreds of years. The colors are not painted on but are the result of vegetable dyes in the paper itself. The glue used to construct this mask is an environmentally friendly, acid free PVA adhesive. This mask will last for decades if not centuries.
